Create account

Any type of company or organisation can create an account at TWM. When registering, we only ask for a Chamber of Commerce number for Dutch organisations, so you can register as a company, school, foundation, or association in our online commercial store. If the company or organisation is based in another country, we will ask for a VAT number when registering.

Not subject to VAT? You can also create an account via the small business scheme. To do that, just tick the 'small businesses exception' box. In this case, orders and invoices will include VAT.

Dropshipping

Drop shippers need to create an account using the instructions above to request a drop ship partnership. After creating the account, a request can be submitted via 'My account', 'Dropshipping'.

Order processing

1. Place orders in five easy steps:
2. Add products to the shopping cart.
3. Choose the correct shipping address at checkout.
4. Confirm the shipment and select a payment method.
5. Pay for the order. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
6. After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and tracking link.
