Shipping

Business orders placed on working days before 16:00 (Dutch time) will be shipped the same day through the business network of DHL. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Delivery on business addresses always takes place between 08:00 and 18:00. DHL does not give a specific time of delivery. If the delivery address is a residential address, your package will be delivered through the consumer network of DHL. The transit time may vary depending on the size of the package. Your will receive a tracking code by mail when your order has been shipped. This tracking is always leading.

DHL collaborates with multiple courier services such as Chronopost, Bpost, Bring and Trans-o-flex. Therefore it is possible that one of these partners will deliver your order.

Due to the workload in the workshop, it is possible that bicycles assembled by us will be delivered one working day later.

Shipping costs

We pack and ship our orders with the utmost care. Our first priority is to deliver orders as quickly as possible in perfect condition. In order to avoid damage or unnecessary shipping costs, an order may be shipped in multiple packages. The shipping costs per order are clearly indicated at checkout.

We charge the following delivery rates (not including VAT) via DHL:

What size is the package?

Envelope: < 38 x 26 x 3.2 company
Small: < 120 x 60 x 50 cm (maximum 20 kg)
Medium: between 120 x 60 x 50 cm and 180 x 100 x 50 cm (maximum 31.5 kg)
Large: between 180 x 100 x 50 cm and 240 x 100 x 200 cm (maximum 50 kg)

We charge an extra €6,00.61 (ex. VAT) for shipping an assembled bike because of the special shipping box we use for this purpose.
